  • Increased daily download limits — the ability to download more files per day than the free tier allows.
  • Access for the full subscription period — all premium benefits remain active throughout your paid month.

Because these benefits are digital in nature and are made available to you instantly and in full from the moment your payment is processed, the subscription fee is considered earned upon purchase.

No-Refund Policy

All subscription payments on LeadSarthi are final and non-refundable. Once a subscription is purchased, no refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued — regardless of whether you used the premium features during the subscription period.

This policy applies in all of the following situations:

  • You purchased a subscription but did not download any watermark-free files during the period.
  • You forgot to cancel before an auto-renewal charge (if applicable to your plan).
  • You no longer need the subscription or found that you did not use it as expected.
  • You decide to switch back to free access before your subscription period ends.
  • You request a refund after any portion of the subscription period has elapsed.
  • You were unaware of the free tier being available before purchasing.

By proceeding with a subscription purchase, you acknowledge that you have read this policy and consent to the non-refundable nature of the payment.

Why Subscriptions Are Non-Refundable

We maintain a strict no-refund policy for the following reasons, which we believe are fair and transparent:

  • Immediate digital delivery. Premium benefits — watermark-free files and higher download limits — are activated the moment payment is confirmed. There is no physical product to return and no way to "un-deliver" digital access.
  • Free access is always available. LeadSarthi offers every printable on our website completely free of charge. The subscription is an optional upgrade for users who prefer clean downloads. No one is required to purchase a subscription to use our content.
  • Transparent pre-purchase information. The benefits, limitations, and non-refundable nature of our subscription are disclosed clearly before checkout. Purchasing constitutes informed consent.
  • Digital goods policy. Under widely accepted digital commerce standards, subscriptions and digital services that have been accessed or made available are generally exempt from standard return and refund rights.

What You Keep After Expiry

You are never locked out of LeadSarthi. When your subscription expires or you choose not to renew, your account automatically continues as a free account. You retain full access to download any printable on our website — with the standard watermark — forever, at no cost.

Here is what changes and what stays the same when a paid subscription ends:

  • What you keep: Your account, your download history, and free access to all printables (with watermark) indefinitely.
  • What expires: The ability to download watermark-free files and the higher daily download limit — these are active only while a subscription is current.
  • What you do not lose: Any watermark-free files you already downloaded during your active subscription period remain yours to keep and print.

There is no pressure to renew. You may choose to subscribe again at any time if you need watermark-free downloads, and you may cancel or allow the subscription to lapse at any time without losing your free access.

Exceptions We Will Consider

While our policy is firmly non-refundable, we recognize that genuine exceptional circumstances can arise. We will review the following situations on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion:

To raise an exception request, contact us at support@leadsarthi.com within 7 days of the transaction date, with your registered email address, transaction ID, and a description of the issue. Requests submitted after 7 days will not be considered.

Cancellation & Non-Renewal

You are under no obligation to renew your LeadSarthi subscription at the end of any billing period. Cancellation and non-renewal are entirely your choice, and there are no penalties for letting a subscription lapse.

  • To cancel auto-renewal (if your plan includes it): visit your account settings and disable auto-renewal before the next billing date. Cancelling auto-renewal stops future charges but does not trigger a refund for the current period already paid.
  • To simply not renew: take no action. When your current subscription period ends, your account will revert to free access automatically. No cancellation is required if you are on a manual, non-auto-renewing plan.
  • Timing: cancellation or non-renewal takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Premium benefits remain active until that date.

Cancelling or not renewing your subscription does not delete your account. Your free account remains active, and you can continue downloading watermarked PDFs without any interruption.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly at support@leadsarthi.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider. In most cases, we can resolve billing concerns faster and more simply than a formal dispute process.

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, please be aware of the following:

  • We reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate the account associated with a chargeback, pending investigation.
  • We will provide your payment provider with full transaction records, account activity logs, and a copy of this Refund Policy to contest any chargeback that does not meet the criteria for exception outlined in Section 06.
  • Accounts terminated due to fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks will not be reinstated.

We take every billing concern seriously and want to resolve issues fairly. If something went wrong with your payment, please talk to us first.

Changes to This Policy

LeadSarthi reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Any changes to this policy will apply to subscriptions purchased after the updated effective date. Subscriptions already in progress at the time of a policy change will continue to be governed by the version of this policy that was in effect at the time of purchase.
