What You May Not Do

In addition to the restrictions listed above, the following are explicitly prohibited and constitute copyright infringement:

  • Bundling our printables with other products or services, paid or free, without authorization.

Watermarks & Branding

How the process works:

Step 1 — Submit a Written Notice

Send a written infringement notice to our copyright contact at copyright@leadsarthi.com with all required information listed below.

Step 2 — We Review Your Notice

We will review your notice within a reasonable timeframe. If the notice is complete and valid, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content.

Step 3 — Notification

We will notify the party who posted the content (if applicable) and provide them with an opportunity to submit a counter-notice if they believe the removal was in error.

Step 4 — Resolution

Depending on whether a valid counter-notice is received, we will either keep the content removed or restore it in accordance with the process described in Section 07.

Your infringement notice must include all of the following:

  1. Your full legal name and contact information (email address and phone number).
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. The specific URL or location on LeadSarthi (or elsewhere) where the alleged infringement appears.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Please note: Submitting a false or misleading copyright infringement notice may expose you to legal liability, including claims for damages. Only submit a notice if you genuinely believe your copyright has been infringed.

Counter-Notice Process

If you believe content that was removed or disabled following an infringement notice was removed in error — for example, because you have authorization to use the content or the notice was based on a misidentification — you may submit a counter-notice.

A valid counter-notice must include:

  1. Your full legal name and contact information.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location and your acceptance of service of process from the original complainant.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not initiate a legal action within the applicable timeframe, the removed content may be restored at our discretion.

Repeat Infringer Policy

LeadSarthi takes copyright infringement seriously. In accordance with applicable law and our own commitment to protecting creative work, we maintain a repeat infringer policy.

Users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of LeadSarthi or third parties will have their accounts permanently terminated without refund. This includes users who:

  • Are found to be sharing or distributing LeadSarthi printables without authorization on multiple occasions.
  • Have had content removed following multiple valid infringement notices.
  • Are using LeadSarthi downloads in ways that violate our Terms of Use on a repeated or systematic basis.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion where there is clear evidence of repeated or willful infringement.

Third-Party Content

All printable designs on LeadSarthi are original works created by our team. Where any third-party elements (such as typefaces or decorative assets) are incorporated into our designs, they are used under appropriate commercial licenses that permit their inclusion in our products.

LeadSarthi does not claim ownership over any third-party fonts, stock elements, or licensed assets that may form part of our printable designs. However, the overall design compositions — the selection, arrangement, and creative expression of these elements — remain our original work and are protected by copyright.

Enforcement

LeadSarthi actively monitors for unauthorized use of its designs and content online. We use a combination of manual review and automated tools to identify potential infringement.

If we identify unauthorized use of our content — including on social media, marketplaces, file-sharing platforms, or other websites — we reserve the right to:

  • Issue a formal cease-and-desist notice to the infringing party.
  • Submit takedown notices to the relevant platform or hosting provider.
  • Pursue legal action including claims for copyright infringement, damages, and recovery of legal costs.
  • Terminate the account of any LeadSarthi user found to be misusing our content.

We take copyright seriously because our designs represent significant creative investment. We appreciate users who respect intellectual property and report misuse when they encounter it.
